Keto/Vegan 2 in 1 Recipe - Aglio e Olio Mushroom without Spaghetti | Mushroom Stir Fry

Servings - 1



Ingredients: 


  • 2 tbsp olive oil 

  • 5 - 6 garlic cloves, chopped 

  • 200g button mushrooms  

  • 100g cherry tomatoes 

  • Pepper to taste 

  • Salt to taste 

  • 1 tsp onion powder 

  • Chilli flakes to taste 

  • Basil 

 


Method: 



  1. Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.  

  2. Add garlic and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes or until aromatic. 

  3.  Add the mushrooms, stir & cook for 10 minutes. Next, add cherry tomatoes, pepper, salt, onion powder, and chilli flakes. 

  4. Stir & cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables look evenly browned and softened.

  5. Add the chopped basil leaves and stir well. 

  6. Serve as an appetizer or main course.
